The Sansho project is an automotive components manufacturing factory invested by a Japanese investor.
The project is developed on a land area of 25,243 m², with a total building area of 9,305 m², including Phase 1: 6,005 m² and Phase 2: 3,300 m². The factory consists of 2 floors above ground, utilizing a reinforced concrete (RC) structure. TLK undertakes turnkey design and construction, including architectural works and MEP systems, fully meeting the project’s technical, quality, and schedule requirements.
