The Koken project is an electrical product manufacturing factory invested by Japanese investor, developed on a land area of 50,000 m², with a total gross floor area of 17,534 m², including Phase 1: 9,315 m² and Phase 2: 8,219 m². The project consists of 2 floors above ground, utilizing a reinforced concrete (RC) structure. TLK undertakes turnkey design and construction, including architectural works and MEP systems, fully meeting the project’s requirements in terms of technical standards, quality, and schedule.
