The Major Craft Project is a fishing rod manufacturing factory invested in by a Japanese investor. The project is developed on a land area of 50,000 m², of which Phase 2 has a construction area of 5,300 m², with a scale of 5 floors above ground. The building utilizes a reinforced concrete (RC) structure. TLK undertakes turnkey design and construction, including architectural works and MEP systems, meeting all project requirements in terms of technical specifications, quality, and schedule.
