The T’s Lab Project is an educational toy manufacturing factory invested in by a Japanese investor. The project is developed on a land area of 10,000 m², with a construction area of 5,000 m², comprising 1 floor above ground. The facility utilizes a reinforced concrete (RC) structure combined with partial steel structure (S). TLK undertakes turnkey design and construction, including architectural works and MEP systems, to fully meet technical, quality, and schedule requirements.
